After 18 years recruiting in Australia and over 20 years in the industry, I felt the time was right to make a change and create my own business, LinQ Resources. This company is dedicated to providing innovative talent solutions across industries, including mining, engineering, construction, and technical services. With a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, I founded LinQ Resources to bridge the gap between exceptional talent and leading businesses, offering customised solutions that ensure both candidates and companies thrive.
Having learnt so much throughout my career working for some of Australia’s top-tier recruitment companies and industry-leading tier-1 mining contractors, I gained holistic exposure to what truly works. Through this experience, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the key factors for successful client and candidate placements. The wealth of knowledge I’ve gained in recruitment leadership and workforce solutions has equipped me with a unique ability to understand client needs and deliver high-quality talent for some of the most complex projects and challenging environments.

Over the course of my 17 year recruitment journey in Perth thus far, I have successfully delivered permanent and temporary solutions for white collar technical requirements through to blue collar labour hire across a range of sectors, including but not limited to -resources and mining, heavy industrial construction, engineering, commercial / residential construction, manufacturing and fabrication.
My ability to navigate the recruitment landscape with humour and perspective allows me to ride the highs and lows, which is why I am valued by clients and candidates alike for my work ethic, honesty and commitment to getting positive outcomes for all parties. The ability to genuinely impact the lives of people and businesses is humbling and that is what has kept me in an industry with a historically high attrition rates for consultants.
I have been fortunate enough to have worked with great companies and leaders who were not only colleagues but became mentors and friends. My recruitment journey started in 2008 with a global leader and I am excited to be working again with the leaders of LinQ Resources who gave me my first opportunity….a true full circle moment.
